Having staged several other properties for the real estate investment team who owns this property, designer Jon LaDosz defined function for several public rooms choosing furniture and accessories appropriate to the scale, style and fixtures of the home.

A soft contemporary design was chosen to highlight the unique architecture and a neutral palate of creams, tans and blacks warmed the spaces without competing with the beautiful travertine floors and postcard view out the plentiful windows.

The previous home Jon staged for these clients received an offer one week after the project was complete. The owners couldn't have been happier!
